Since the formation of PCT, it has been the strength of knowledge and engineering experience that our people have which has determined our success. Throughout all levels and in all areas of our organisation, we strive to employ the highest calibre people and empower them to work in a highly creative and challenging work environment. At the core of our organisation is a strong engineering and project management team capable of delivering projects ranging from standard machine upgrades to multi million pound contracts for the supply of bespoke, special purpose equipment. All product design disciplines and machine assembly skills are retained and developed within the company ensuring that we have full control of product knowledge and build quality.
