Formed in 1993, the company has continually expanded it's product range and customer base, gaining a reputation for providing innovative equipment solutions supported by excellent after sales service.
What we do
We solve your coiling problems! Our aim is to provide coiling solutions that will result in increased profitability for your company.
This can be achieved by:
- reducing labour costs,
- increasing extrusion output,
- increased coiling capability,
- or a combination of all three.
We provide innovative coiling solutions and special purpose equipment for a variety of coiling applications, primarily for plastic pipe, tube and hose in sizes from 6mm to 250mm diameter.
We supply this equipment worldwide, often to companies who are regarded as leaders within their own industry sectors. We also provide special purpose equipment solutions for coiling umbilical cable, wire rope and other flexible and semi-rigid products that are supplied in coils or on drums.
Our product range includes several unique product lines such as:
- Offline high speed automatic coiling systems for 10 to 63mm pipe, the latest version of which operates at up to 200m/min.
- Automatic coiling machines with integrated adhesive tape application for small diameter pipe, tube and hose.
- Low Ovality Technology for coiling HDPE pressure pipe.
