Low Ovality Technology
Pipe Coil Technology's newest addition to its product range, the new, innovative and world first Low Ovality system.
Completely designed and produced in-house, it enables large diameter HDPE pipe producers to reconsider how pipe coils are produced, transported and installed:
- Low Ovality, designed to enable large HDPE pipe producers to supply coiled pipe that has zero or extremely low ovality.
This development will change how your coils are produced, transported and installed; increasing your profit and market share now and in the future.
Low Ovality is one of Pipe Coil Technology's most unique and advanced innovations; as such the company are ensuring that the product design specifications and features are not unveiled until the formal product launch during August. The practical benefits have however, been rigorously tested, measured and validated:
- Coiled pipe will have no or negligible ovality and coil failure during yard storage will be eliminated.
This means that under any external conditions including heat, your pipe would not get distorted or consequently rejected. The system also enables you to produce road transportable coils from 250mm diameter pipe and produce longer coil lengths by coiling at reduced internal diameters.
There are currently three standard machine sizes covering pipe diameters from 90mm to 250mm. All machines can be customised with options such as wheel mounting and integrated coil upload system to enhance efficient coil production. Larger machines can also be produced on request
A Low Ovality system from Pipe Coil Technology enables your pipes to have no ovality, no coil rejection, wider diameters, longer coil lengths... imagine what this new development could do for your business.
The system will be launched formally at Pipe Coil Technology's Head Quarters in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK to an invited audience.
