October 07: K2007 Review

This October PCT exhibited for the first time at K2007, the largest plastics event of its kind in the world. The event was held in Dusseldorf and was visited by 242000 people who came to see 3130 exhibitors. We exhibited a custom made small bore coiler with automatic strapping and welcomed guests from over 50 countries, receiving more individual enquiries and subsequent orders than any previous exhibition.


September 07: K2007 Preview

We are very pleased to announce that we will be exhibiting at K2007: the largest plastics event of its kind in the world. K takes place every three years and is held this year in Dusseldorf, Germany between October 24th and 31st. The exhibition is forecast to attract over 230000 visitors and 3000 exhibitors. We will exhibit our range of coiling solutions (including a purpose made small bore automatic coiler) and are located in Hall 3, Stand B41.


June 07: Chinaplas Review

PCT made their first appearence as exhibitors at Chinaplas in May 2007, held at Guangzhou's exhibition centre.The largest plastics event in Asia, attracting over 60'000 visitors, it prooved to be a promising opportunity for us to introduce ourselves to the thriving Asian and Middle Eastern markets. Iain Wallace, the Sales Manager and Nick Humphrey, the Engineering Manager who represented PCT in Guangzhou, went away with a range of enquiries as well as some very memorable experiences of China.


May 07: PCT in Asian Plastics News

PCT's sales and marketing team have always been grateful for the wide range of coverage the company gets in industry publications ranging from here in the UK to Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong. We were particularly pleased when Asian Plastics News decided to publish an article on our offline systems prior to the Chinaplas exhibition. We featured in the May edition of Asia's best selling magazine for the plastic pipe market, the editor chose to publish an article previewing our range of fully automatic coiling solutions in this pre-exhibition publication.


April 07: Introducing Film Wrapped Coiling

PCT introduce the new range of fully automatic coiling solutions with stretch film packaging for small diameter gas and water pipe producers

This new innovation in coiling technology eliminates all the dissadvantages of traditional strapping and ensures that coils are tightly covered, stay in imaculate condition, do not become loose and are easy to stack.


February 07: Offline Automatic Coiling Systems

We introduce the breakthrough for small diameter plastic pipes: offline coiling. This unique coiling method separates the coiling and packaging process from the extrusion line permitting constant coiling speeds of up to 200m/min (over 650ft/min). Offline coiling is a fully automatic process that has emmense benefits for plastic pipe companies including: rapid coiling speeds, greater efficiency, negliagible man power requirements and continual 24 hour output.
