Packaging Options

PCT offer a range of packaging options including; film wrapping, PP strap packaging and palletizing with stretch film wrapping.

Small Diameter Packaging

  • Small diameter pipe, tube, hose and conduit can be packaged in a wide variety of ways. These include; stretch film wrapping, pp or nylon strapping or wound onto wooden or plastic spools.
  • If you have alternative requirements for the packaging of your products, please let us know.

Large Diameter Packaging

  • Large diameter pipes can be automatically film wrapped or pp strapped to suit end market.
  • PP or nylon strapping with stretch film wrapping is also available

Fully Automatic Packaging
Robotic arms can fully automate the packaging process. This highly efficient system takes finished coils out of the coiler and stacks them on top of a pallet. These stacks are then stretch film wrapped along with the pallet to ensure maximum protection whilst in transit and storage allowing a consistently high level of coil presentation. The finished stacks are then automatically transported down the conveyor belt allowing for a continuous flow of production.
